SCAD seeks a part-time, in-person groom to be responsible for the care, feeding, grooming, and cleaning of horses for the Ronald C. Waranch Equestrian Center, located in Hardeeville, SC.
In this role, you will also be responsible for the care and cleaning of horse stalls and equipment used with the horses and for keeping the stable area neat and clean. The groom will work under the supervision of the barn manager and is reviewed through discussions, observations, and evaluation of results achieved.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least one year of relevant experience in stable or yard work
- Experience in stable upkeep and the care, feeding, and grooming of horses
- High school diploma desired
- May be required to work on weekends and holidays
Work Hours: As noted in the Employment Agreement.
