We are seeking an experienced and skilled gardener to join our team. As a gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and cultivating various types of plants and other vegetation for our Greenhouse clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for horticulture, excellent plant knowledge, and experience with various gardening tools and techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Planting and transplanting various types of plants
• Soil management, including fertilization, composting, and other amendments
• Watering and irrigation, using hoses, sprinklers, or other systems
• Pruning, trimming, and shaping plants
• Pest control, identifying and treating pests that can damage plants
• Maintaining gardening equipment, trimmers, and other tools

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience as a gardener or landscaper
• Excellent knowledge of plants and horticulture
• Experience with various gardening tools and techniques
• Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions
• Attention to detail and a passion for the outdoors
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• A degree in horticulture or a related field is a plus
• Willing and able to travel
• Must have reliable transportation

Gas compensation

• Mileage reimbursement (TBD)
