A Commercial service group is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper, Office Manager, this person will provide all from daily scheduling service techs to highly detailed and multiple accounting / bookkeeping tasks.
Daily tasks include..
- Scheduling,
- AP/AR,
- Contracts review,
- Equipment and parts ordering,
- Warranty claim,
- Preparing construction documents,
- Reviewing and tracking insurance documentation
- Preparing a DocuSign
- Must have High Level knowledge in QB
- Prepare and track payroll
Hours are 9-5 or 8-4,
Take charge personality.
Must be friendly organized and detail oriented,
be able to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
Must be able to work solo
Proficiency in Excel, Word, Adobe and Outlook is a must.
Manage multiple clients/ projects simultaneously
Oversees all customer vendor relationships for the company.
Tracks and processes itemized receipts for employees and suppliers of material, revises invoices and modify orders for contract papers, and registers invoices for classifications of expenses.
