The successful individual in this role will be responsible for building relationships and meeting the needs and expectations of the client.

Duties Include (but are not limited to)

· All administrative tasks for events

· Collaboration with facilities team for event layout and set up

· Outreach/promotion for new client base

· Event planning, implementation, debrief and tracking

· Client billing and collections

· High level and quality customer service

· Attention to details

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

- Possess excellent customer service skills

· Passion for collaboration.

· Strong, friendly, clear, concise, and professional communication skills (phone, in-person and email)

· Professional appearance

· Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion

· Strong work ethic and attention to detail

· Strong computer skills and ease of learning new systems.

· Must have a friendly and outgoing personality paired with being a team player and ability to multi-task.

· Strong decision-making skills required

· Requires a flexible schedule to work evenings and weekends.

Required Education:

· Minimum- High School Diploma or GED (degree in hospitality or related field preferred)

Required Experience:

· Knowledge and experience planning and implementing events (minimum 1 year)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour

  • Tucson, AZ: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Events management: 1 year (Required)
  • Customer service: 1 year (Required)
