Diesel / Small Engine Mechanic
Pay: $20-22/hr.
Hours: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
Job Type: Temp-Hire
Location: Claremore, Oklahoma

Job Description:
- Knowledge of Diesel and Gasoline engines, Air Brakes, AC, and Hydraulic Systems required.
- Repairing and maintaining truck tractors, pick-ups, trailers, tractors, mowers, loaders, and other mechanical equipment.
- Performs vehicle or equipment services such as, but not limited to, oil changes, lubrication, tire repair, checking fluid levels, servicing batteries, and inspecting and/or repairing hoses, belts, lights, exhaust systems, etc.
- Maintains standard shop records, etc.
Required Knowledge and Abilities
- Knowledge of the standard practices, methods, tools, and equipment of the automotive mechanic's trade.
- Knowledge of diesel and gasoline engines, Air Brakes, AC, and Hydraulic Systems required.
- Knowledge of the occupational hazards and safety precautions of the automotive mechanic's trade.
- Abilities Ability to use and care for tools and equipment used in the maintenance and repair of trucks and equipment.
- Ability to push, pull, and lift 50 pounds. - Candidate must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record (Class A license a plus) - Mechanical aptitude is a must - Any Welding skills are a plus. Skid Steer or "Bobcat" experience is a plus. Air Brake Certified a plus.
