Job description
Ascendo Resources is actively seeking an Office Assistant/Data Entry Clerk for our client for a Fulltime and Onsite Role. This role is great for a candidate that has data entry, general office administrator experience, while former retail workers are encouraged to apply. Our Client is an international distributor of parts and is offering a great opportunity for the right candidate to work and hone their professional skills with a strong, growing, and reliable organization.

HOURS: Monday – Friday, 9 – 5 PM EST [40 Hours/Week]
ROLE STARTS: Currently Interviewing, Role Starts 1st/2nd Week of January 2023
LOCATION: Onsite | New Hyde Park, NY
PAY RATE: $20/hr

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate who Can Grow in the Role and Responsibilities
- 1-2+ Years of Office Administrative Experience
- Strong Communication & Computer Skills Required
- SOFTWARE: MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Prior Retail Experience is Encouraged to Apply

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for maintaining Excel Spreadsheets and Entering Data in the company’s internal databases
- Assist with Purchase Orders and Invoices
- Coordinates with vendors, internal teams, peers, and other third parties
- Compiles and presents asset management reports to supervisors and senior executives
- Tracks and maintains contracts and licenses while maintaining confidentiality
- Ad hoc tasks as needed
