With more than 450 locations in 41 states, Sunflora, Inc., is seeking a full time Contracts Manager & Compliance Specialist to support the aggressive growth expansion of our Your CBD Stores. This position will be responsible for researching, drafting, editing, and managing a wide range of contracts, notices, letters, demands, and other communications (internal and external) associated with Sunflora’s enterprise operations, store relations, corporate governance, sales and compliance.

Responsibilities for the position include:

· Timely manages and integrates contracts to ensure compliance with corporate, and legal requirements.

· Provides leadership and direction to resolve issues and challenges.

· Leads on stores’ compliance matters, including social media guidelines, secret shopping, in-store obligations, and other store related activities.

· Participates in organizational strategic planning and financial planning activities.

· Communicates with leadership to share program updates, act in a consultative role, and provide input and guidance in setting policy and delivering on our contract and business commitments.

· Manage the proper coordination of various types of agreements and other contract/legal documents with other corporate functions, such as accounting, legal, tax, franchising, and food/dietary supplement development.

Required Qualifications

We seek a professional with advanced writing skills, detail oriented, problem solving, fact seekers and EQ. No direct experience as a contract manager or administrator is required. We will train you on matters associated with FDA, FTC, product labels, complex vendor arrangements, franchises, compliance, store relations, corporate governance, and litigation. Ability to multitask, learn and adapt, bring matters to closure, and a strong sense of professionalism are key ingredients to success. Competencies in accounting, social media advertising management, operations, franchising, FCMG, dietary supplements, retail and research are welcome. College degree preferred.
