This is a full-time position and includes a competitive salary and excellent benefits. This role includes up to 25% travel, meeting with small business clients, and will have 8-10 direct reports. The company is in the managed services provider space and has a healthy, small business client portfolio for whom they provide a combination of strategic consulting and IT operational support services. Seeking candidates that live in the Chicago area. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with a services company or has managed an MSP relationship previously at a previous employer.

- Managing vCIOs and technical account management teams.
- 5 Years’ Experience providing SMB Technical and business guidance and solutions.
- Broad knowledge of IT best practices in the SMB market.
- Working directly with C-level executives.
- Experience establishing the long-term IT strategy.
Technical Qualifications:
- Strong leadership skills.
- Combination of technical and business acumen.
- Certifications preferred.
- Excellent Time management and organization skills.
