Join Huntington Learning Center as the Center Director for our Pearland, Texas location. Huntington Learning Centers have been helping students succeed in school nationwide for over 45 years. Our programs are proven to accelerate academic results through customized programs for each individual.

The Center Director leads the charge by driving marketing, sales, and business development initiatives; managing and developing staff; and overseeing operations of the K-12 Learning Center. The Center Director grows our student and family relationships, builds a culture of exceptional customer service, and ensures we are the premier tutoring and test prep service in the Houston area.
Flexible schedule; does include occasional weekday evening and Saturday hours.

As Center Director, your key responsibilities will be:

• Ensuring that each student in your center has an exceptional and successful experience at Huntington.
• Full responsibility for managing and overseeing center P&L.
• Directing the sales process of new and potential student enrollments.
• Marketing Huntington tutoring and test prep services to schools and your surrounding community.
• Leading, developing, and motivating center staff through daily and weekly meetings.
• Monitoring and tracking center performance, revenues, expenses, and tuition collection.
• Providing exceptional customer service that leads to student success, high retention rates, and a referral base.
• Establishing and maintaining collaborative relationships with teachers, guidance counselors, athletic coaches, local businesses, parent/teacher associations, and other community organizations that will foster a broad awareness of our brand and services.
• Taking initiative and ownership to grow our center culture of teaching excellence, superior customer service, and being a rewarding place to work.

For success, you should have the following:

• 4-year degree.
• Strong direct service sales ability.
• Management experience with P&L oversight is required.
• Outstanding relationship-building and communication skills.
• Customer service mindset and driven to ensure each student achieves their academic goals.
• Self-motivation and confidence to be the external face of the center to our community, schools, and families.
• Collaborative approach and focus on team building.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in education or educational sales a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
