Job Description:

As the Catering Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing relationships with new and existing clients. Your main objective will be to meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and expand our customer base.

Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and other potential customers.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.

Collaborate with the culinary and operations teams to create customized menus and proposals that meet clients' needs.

Present proposals to clients, negotiate pricing and contracts, and close sales deals.

Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of events and exceed customer expectations.

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and handle client inquiries and concerns.

Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and revenue goals.

Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Stay informed about competitor offerings and provide feedback to management on market trends and customer preferences.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.

Proven track record of success in catering sales or a similar role.

Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and achieve revenue targets.

Knowledge of the catering industry, including current trends, competitors, and customer preferences.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by client demands.
