As a global ministry, we are seeking a Christ-centered Part Time Faith Life Kids Campus Coordinator who is called to be part of our team and skilled to help increase Faith Life’s global reach. If this sounds like your ministry calling, keep reading to see if we’re a match!

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive direction from Student Ministries Pastor and Powell Campus Pastor and communicate direction to all Faith Life Kid’s team.
• Oversee all operation of Faith Life Kid’s team at the campus, ensuring the success of the Sunday experience.
• Builds all Faith Life Kid’s Dream Teams by encouraging, coaching, building relationships and growing every team member into a teacher.
• Facilitate a monthly meeting with kid’s Dream Team lead team.

• Work with Next Steps Director to build kid’s Dream Team and work with them to ensure proper training of Dream Teamers
• Lead kid’s performing arts practice 1st & third of the month.
• Participate in annual budget preparation to ensure adequate funds for operation of kid’s Department.
• Purchase equipment and supplies related to kid’s ministry for campus.
• Small Group childcare coordinator: execute an efficient plan to accommodate campus small group childcare needs.

• Assists Campus pastor and Next Steps director in planning and executing of community outreach initiatives.
• Files all confidential forms
• Execute all administrative needs for Faith Life Kids Campus

Minimum Required Qualifications:

• High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED), 1 plus years of experience in Business Administration, Microsoft Office.

Time Requirements:

Flexible hours. Includes Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday.

20-25 hrs.
