We are seeking a Brand Marketing Manager to help guide and build the brand of Religion of Sports, as well as develop and execute marketing campaigns for all of our releases. The ideal candidate should have 5-7 years of experience in brand marketing at the manager level, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns that build and promote our brand and drive engagement with our audience.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase awareness and engagement for our content releases.
  • Support our branded content team with creative marketing concepts and ideas to add value for our partnerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including social media, content, and production, to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our target audience and their needs.
  • Partner with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing campaigns that deliver on business goals.
  • Manage and track campaign budgets to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and partners to drive brand awareness and reach.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure our brand marketing strategies are effective.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in brand marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of brand marketing principles, including brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity.
  • Experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social, and traditional media.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • This role is based in Los Angeles, and would be in office most days.
