JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Studio Coordinator is the quarterback of the studio. That means helping clients check in/out, answering phones, becoming a ninja at our POS system, supporting our Cerologists, and making the studio hum, all while creating an environment of warmth and professionalism. This is a critical role within the studio!

Here are some details of the job:

  • Open and close the studio
  • Greet clients when they arrive, make sure they feel comfortable, and answer any questions they have about services, products, and scheduling
  • Check clients in and out through our POS system
  • Answer phones and respond to subsequent inquiries and appointment bookings
  • Call clients to confirm and reschedule appointments as needed
  • Constant communication with our Cerologists about late clients, early clients, and other client issues
  • Develop knowledge of waxing services and products available to give useful advice to clients and to sell them products
  • Monitor and renew retail product inventory levels; ensure that front of studio (retail area) product displays are properly stocked, organized, and clean
  • Maintain a clean and professional environment, including daily cleaning checklists and other cleaning duties as needed
  • Support management with various operational tasks

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Exceptional client service skills with a positive attitude
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Detail-oriented

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
