ASSISTANT MASSAGE STUDIO MANAGER

Elements Massage in The Woodlands is seeking a hands-on, bright, outgoing, friendly individual to join our team as an Assistant Studio Manager. Responsibilities will include helping oversee the day-to-day operations of the studio, including selling therapeutic massage services and memberships to our wellness program, booking appointments, maintaining our clean, inviting studio atmosphere, and answering the phone professionally and politely to ensure a flawless guest experience. Qualified candidates lead by example through performance level, (will have at least two years of sales and customer service experience in a retail environment - preferably in the membership based environments like massage, tanning salons, eyelash extension studios, facial businesses, etc.). We are looking for a proactive communicator, an initiator and a highly organized individual with the ability to handle stressful situations professionally and multitask with ease all while focusing on the guest experience!

Pay: $31,000.00 - $33,000.00 per year
