Immediate need for an apartment maintenance technician. Immediate position is open in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. Must live on-site. If you have 3 to 5 years experience in the apartment industry, enjoy a wide range of assignments, and can work independently as well as be a team player, then this may be the job for you!

Job requirements and qualifications for these positions include:

• 3 to 5 years of related experience in plumbing, electrical & minor carpentry.
• Ability to shovel and/or plow snow during the winter months.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with the ability to be insured.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Willing to be on call.
• Must live on-site
