We’re seeking a future team member in the role of Quality Assurance Specialist, Anti Money Laundering/Prevention/Know Your Clientto join our team. This role will be located in Lake, Mary or Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid)

What You Will Do:

• Serves as the last line of accuracy assurance.
• Reviews , based on a sampling approach, high risk and/or complex client reports to ensure all information in the policy is accurately reflected in the profile.
• Reviews , based on a sampling approach, jurisdictional based requirements
• Considered to be a top level SME.
• Maintains an advanced, current understanding of issues, risks and events that could affect a clients risk level.
• Partners with internal stakeholders in order to resolve any issues, as needed , as well as may make recommendations for process improvements
• Reports directly to the AML/KYC/Prevention manager.
• Accountable for supervisory responsibilities for the quality assurance team. Contributes to the achievement of team goals.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• 7-10 years of total work experience preferred. Experience in trading, brokerage, fraud or law preferred.
• Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
