- Uphold company food safety, food handling, and sanitation requirements, to ensure our guests' and team members' health and safety.
Role Responsibilities:
- Oversee, train, and schedule restaurant BOH staff to ensure compliance and support high performing productivity levels
- Collaborates with Operations Manager to effectively onboard, train, and develop new hires to the Pig & Grits Standards
- Assign tasks to employees and ensure they are completed effectively and properly
- Educate and engage the staff on safety guidelines, BOH best practices, and standards for restaurant cleanliness
- Assist in resolving customer complaints in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner, BOH/ Food focused
- Keep track of inventory and make sure every area is fully stocked by ordering supplies and coordinating product deliveries
- Cover the duties of crew members who are unable to work their shifts
- Supports the development of BOH SOP’s
- Supports new menu development, rollout, and training
Experience and Education / Requirements:
- At least One Year (1 yr.) of previous bar and/or restaurant experience required.
- High School diploma or GED Preferred
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Dependable transportation and childcare
Physical Demands: Must be able to perform a variety of physical activities including, but not limited to, standing for long periods of time, climbing, walking, bending, reaching, stooping, and lifting up to 55 lbs.
Compensations: $16-18/ Hour + 1 Week Paid Vacation + Insurance (Vision/ Dental)

Pay: $16.20 - $18.00 per hour
