The Aesthetic Sales Consultant/Advisor is a critical member of the Chapter team. This position is responsible for providing new and existing patients expert consultations by delivering comprehensive treatment plans with treatment and home care solutions. Key components of this position include delighting patients with exceptional customer service; demonstrating a strong track record of membership conversion and retention through promotion and value; having up-to-date knowledge about Chapter products and services; and confidently educating patients on the benefits of Chapter products and services.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Delivers skin digital complexion analysis to all new patients and follows up for return patient’s analysis and results post-treatments
  • Educates patients on customized solutions through comprehensive treatment plans including facial and body treatments and home care regimens. This includes removing barriers with financing options, membership advocacy, and proven results.
  • Maintains accurate and timely written and photo documentation for each patient interaction
  • Assists in scheduling appointments, checking in and out patients, and responding to new patient leads via email, text, or phone
  • Promotes services and brand through sales and marketing techniques to drive new patients including but not limited to referral program, social media, and community events
  • Upholds facility standards by assuring all treatment rooms, devices and supplies are organized and cleaned according to established procedures and protocols
  • Consistently meets and/or exceeds individual key performance metrics (i.e. revenue per hour, retail, rebook, retention goals) by following established consultation and retail systems
  • Educates all non-members as to benefits of Chapter membership and consistently reinforces benefit of membership to current members
  • Represents Chapter Purpose and Values in all circumstances

Minimum Education and Experience:

  • Education Level: High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience Necessary: A minimum of two (2) years cosmetic, aesthetic, or premium retail sales experience with proven track record
  • Superior interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Demonstrated strong sales skills including active listening, effective presenting, and handling objections
  • Knowledge of modern office procedures and methods including telephone communications, computer systems, and record-keeping
  • Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision
  • Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems
