Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and self-sufficient ERC Sales Representative to join our team. The primary role of the ERC Sales Representative will be to sell the Employee Retention Tax Credit (ERC) to eligible clients, including small and medium-sized businesses. This is an independent contractor position, with the potential for W2, where you will be responsible for making phone calls, collecting information, and serving as the liaison between clients and the ERC processing companies. You are not "selling" a product, rather matching business owners with owed governmental funds to further their dreams.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients that are eligible for the ERC
- Make outbound sales calls to qualify prospects and close deals
- Collect necessary documentation from clients to complete the ERC filing process
- Work closely with ERC processing companies to ensure all necessary information is provided and processed accurately
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions with clients
- Meet or exceed assigned quotas and expectations
- Keep up to date with changes and updates to the ERC program
Requirements:
- Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in tax credits or related fields is preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively
- Experience working with small and medium-sized businesses
- Basic familiarity with the ERC program and related documentation
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to meet or exceed sales expectations
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Compensation:
This is a commission-based independent contractor position that pays like no other. You will earn a percentage of each ERC return sold. On average, each return is upwards of $300,000, giving you, the sales representative an extremely competitive per-client commission.
