Our corporate office in Auburn Hills is seeking an additional experienced, accountable, and committed Account Payables Coordinator who is passionate about helping us accomplish our quest for the unqualified satisfaction of every client. This is a 100% on-site position.

The Account Payables Coordinator must be highly motivated and place customer service, internal and external, as their top priority. This position is responsible for ensuring the daily accounts payable assignments and tasks are handled in accordance with the established policies and procedures.

The essential functions outlined below are just a few of the keys to a successful role:

• Reconciliation of vendor statements
• Sending out invoices for approval
• Preparing work orders and purchase orders
• Matching invoices with internal POs
• Coding invoices and doing data entry
• Administrative tasks to include filing and scanning of information at a minimum
• Assisting with A/R assignments

This is a 100% on-site position.

Additional requirements include:

• One to three years of proven successful experience within an accounting environment.
• Experience in construction industry highly preferred
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software; QuickBooks, Buildsoft and Builder Trend and AppFolio experience a plus!
