EUROPA-PARK, RUST, GERMANY :: We love Europa-Park! It’s Germany’s largest theme park, and the most visited seasonal theme park in the world. No one beats Disney’s and Universal’s theming, but Europa-Park is a close third. We love that much of the park actually feels like a park with beautiful forests, rivers and lakes throughout. It’s actually larger than Disneyland and California Adventure combined, and feels a lot less crowded. Many rides are copies of those you’ll find at Disney, but some of them are better executed (Pirates in Batavia is a favorite!). Europa-Park also features some world-class mega coasters. This year we rode Wodan, Blue Fire, Silver Star, Arthur, and the Alpenexpress Enzian coasters! (Thank you Bonine!)
