DUMBO, BROOKLYN, NY :: After crossing the Brooklyn Bridge, we enjoyed exploring the DUMBO neighborhood. Of course we checked out Washington Street, one of the most beautiful in the world according to Traveler magazine. Also grabbed a snack at Peas & Pickles, wandered through the Time Out Market, and took in the sun and the views from Pebble Beach. I tried out ChatGPT to plan our itinerary today, and it did great except it put us on the wrong subway heading back to our hotel. We ended up in Chinatown instead of the Financial District, which added a mile to our nine mile day, but it turned out to be a worthwhile diversion.
