Candidates must demonstrate the ability to:
- Work in a fast paced environment with changing priorities throughout the shift
- Work in a team setting
- Multi-task and be versatile in their daily duties
- Self-motivated
- Ability to stand throughout the shift
- Work with little supervision
- Lift 20 pounds consistently throughout the shift
- Perform work in a safe, efficient manner-Lozier provide general PPE and offers a safety shoe reimbursement program
- Good attendance is a MUST
- Pass weld test administered on sight
