Job description
Must be able to work Mon-Fri from 6:30 am to 3 pm
Responsibilities:
- Assemble units to meet production line specifications and company operating standards
- Read and interpret engineering drawings
- Perform layout, fit-up, and weld-outs of all pressure vessel fittings
- Tack-weld all fit-ups as needed
- Perform final welding in all positions (flat, horizontal, and overhead)
- Perform quality control and reject products outside of specifications
- Test low and high-pressure vessels according to company and industry specifications
- Follow internal QC and ISO standards and procedures
- Keep work areas clean and maintain warehouse per company standards
Requirements:
- Experience in welding with GMAW and FCAW processes
- Experience with CNC or Conventional Machine
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Familiarity with quality requirements for pressure vessel fabrication
- Ability to perform visual inspection, dye penetrant testing desirable
