We are looking for an experienced Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animals, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include greeting clients and their pets, scheduling appointments, recognizing sitiations requiring immediate intervention, facilitating the flow of patients/clients, answering phones, and providing general administrative support. The successful candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner.
• Recognoze situations requiring immediate intervention and initiate appropriate response.
• Manage the flow of paitients and clients through their clinic experience.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
• Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records of client visits.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the reception area.
• Handle payments and process transactions accurately.
• Provide basic information about services offered by the veterinary clinic.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
