Stepping Stone School in Alma is looking for a Box truck driver and Recycle Center Instructor to work with adult individuals with developmental disabilities.
7:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday.

We are seeking applicants who can work well independently and as part of a team and those who are interested in working for a company that provides opportunities for professional growth and development.
We provide all of the necessary training for our staff to be successful in the field including but not limited to CPR, 1st Aid, and behavioral safety training.

Must ensure the safety and well-being of each child by responding to their emotional, social, and physical needs as well as their educational needs while doing daily documentation of individual learning for each student in your care.

Must possess a strong work ethic, be punctual, and have minimal absences.

Qualifications are 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or GED or two verifiable years of experiencing working with individuals with developmental disabilities.

All interested applicants must complete an application and submit to various background checks including those completed through the Department of Human Services, Arkansas State Police, and FBI as well as regular drug tests.
