We are a large and busy well-established family practice with three locations seeking an experienced full-time nurse (LPN/RN) to help support clinical needs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate via telephone to coordinate patient care, such as medication refills, results, triage, and other medical questions.
• Support the office performing a variety of functions within the care team as directed by the providers and clinical manager.
• Document in an electronic medical record (EMR).
• Assist with clinical paperwork.
• Bring patients back to the rooms and complete a full set of vital signs and health history.
• Perform EKGs and injections as directed by the provider.

Job Requirements: Current Pennsylvania LPN/RN license.

• 1+ years’ experience in an outpatient setting
• Strong computer skills and experience with an EMR - Nextgen a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and as a team.
• Must be able to answer phones and triage patient care proficiently.
• Must be professional, pleasant, and calmly handle stressful situations.
• Schedule – Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm with one evening and a half day elsewhere in your schedule, with rotating Saturday's usually once a month 7:45am-11:45am.
