The ideal candidate should possess at least 6 years' experience with program management and lesson plan development, analysis, improvement and assessment using advanced pedagogical methods.
- Support individual training through administration of the USSTRATCOM Training Program to include:
- Provide support with maintenance of a standardized training plan and training program
- Provide support with the identification of an individual and collective task crosswalk;
- Support the government with the planning, preparation, and execution of SLT within
- Support the government with the planning, preparation, and execution of Military Aide
Support the government with the validation and tracking of the Commander's Battle
Staff (CBS) Training program, to include verification of assigned CBS members and their currency.
- Provide support with the use of Instructional System Design (ISD) methodology
