GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY:
The Training Center Administrator position supports planning and execution of technical training efforts for the MEA technical training team. General duties include planning and administrative tasks for future training sessions, support of training sessions at the West Bend training center, and invoicing/other follow up efforts. The Training Administrator reports to the Global Training Manager.
Given the diversity of tasks to be accomplished, you will need to be versatile, dynamic and organized! You will need to be familiar with the company's environment, its businesses, and have the ability to listen and communicate in order to take into account all of the personnel's needs. Administrative tasks are part of their daily work. In addition, a good legal knowledge of training is an important asset.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Technical Training Administration
- Manage training calendar details
- Manage training email blasts and communication
- Manage factory training and virtual training registrations
- Manage and support virtual training meeting entries
- Manage follow-up process for factory and virtual training
- Manage training invoicing
- Training Center / Factory training administration
- Manage factory training logistics (Schedule and support hotel reservation blocks/catering orders)
- Manage training center planning and administration
- Support training center events and activities (welcome trainees, forms, attendance lists...)
- Department General Administrative Support
- Support and monitor regional training activities
- Maintain and monitor technical training tracker
- Monitor and support technical publications tracker
- Provide feedback and suggestions for department processes
- Support development of technical training content
- Marketing topics: survey, feedbacks, design the training brochure/flyer
- Others Responsibilities
- Manage subisdiary training event planning
- Support technical training transformation project
- Manage Manitou Group University administrative tasks
- Monitor technical training "Assist" (after-sale tools) tickets and coordinate responses
- Data Entry - after training sessions, enter the training records into the systemS
- Locating machines for training - working with the dealer network to provide machines for training sessions
- Daily communication, supporting the dealer network - via email or phone
- Managing the training center supplies, snacks, drinks, etc.
EXPERIENCE:
- 3-5 years of experience preferred in a pertinent/similar role
- Experience in dealer environment is preferred
EXPERTISE:
- Effective listening, oral, and written communication skills
- Effective prioritization of daily and weekly activities
- Experience with and understanding of Google suite solutions
- Ability to work independently
- Good communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to analyze and summarize
EDUCATION:
- Requires a college, vocational or technical education degree.
INTERNAL & EXTERNAL CONNECTIONS:
- HR, commercial training, and other internal departments using the training center
- Trainees from the dealer network
- Caterers and other outside vendors
LOCALIZATION AND TRAVEL EXPECTED:
- This position is located in West Bend, WI.
- Travel is minimal.
