We are looking for a dedicated Therapist to join our team at multiple locations in the bay area for our adolescent PHP/IOP facility! Enjoy the flexibility of a true hybrid position that will maximize your clinical impact. Our company provides the highest caliber of outpatient treatment to adolescents struggling with mental illness. Position Summary:
Under the supervision of the Clinical Director, the Therapist is the primary contact for families assigned on their caseload.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Carry a caseload of adolescents and act as the designated point of contact for the family
- Facilitate individual, family and group therapies within the framework of the Wellity
- Coordinate with Clinical Director to facilitate program scheduling and coordinate services for the clinical program.
- Complete Biopsychosocial Assessments upon admission
- Facilitate weekly parent support and education group
- Facilitate weekly family meeting sessions
- Responsible for the timely completion of clinical documentation
- Attend (took out weekly, as meetings may occur more frequently) scheduled treatment team meetings, staff meetings, and clinical supervision
Qualifications:
Education and Experience :
- Minimum of a Master’s Degree from an accredited graduate school in marriage family therapy, counseling, social work or psychology.
· Licensed as a LMFT/LPCC/LCSW or Associates (AMFT/APCC/ACSW) in California.
- Experience in providing family therapy with adolescents and parents,
- Trained and experience with evidenced- based clinical practices including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40.00 - $90.00 per hour
