What’s a typical day as a part-time test proctor? You’ll be:
- Greeting examinees and verifying identification
- Going over test center policies, practices, and procedures
- Registering and preparing candidate scorecards
- If applicable, digitally scan and record candidate fingerprint identification
- Continuously monitor candidates as they complete exams
- Will be walking the room to ensure testing procedures are being adhered to
- Securing all computer software in the test center at all times
- Proctoring all levels of exams from mechanics to doctors
- Will be scanning test takers with a security wand
- This role will require exceptional customer service over the phone and in-person
- Part-Time schedule requiring availability Monday-Saturday
- Will work 3-4 days a week
- 25-30 hours a week
- Typical hours will be:
- 7 a.m. - 5 p.m. with lunch
- 7 a.m. - 1 p.m. (no lunch)
- 11 a.m. - 5 p.m. (no lunch)
- Training will be 2-3 days
- Business Casual Dress Code (No jeans, tennis shoes, or tank tops)
- No phone or reading materials will be allowed in testing area
