What You’ll Get to Do:
CACI has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed, Technical Writer, supporting the Managed Information Technology Service (MITS) Information Technology contract at United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) located at Scott AFB, IL. The Technical Writer will be responsible for writing and editing technical related documents in support of the customer.

More About the Role:
The successful candidate must be able to communicate clearly and succinctly, both written and orally, and present products and ideas in a professional business-like manner. The candidate will be required to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment that requires team interaction and coordination of efforts. The candidate must be experienced in interfacing with both internal and external executive leadership. Daily activities include but are not limited to: Writing a variety of technical articles, reports, brochures, and/or manuals for documentation for a wide range of uses. Coordinates the display of graphics and the production of the documents.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

• Successful candidates must be able to obtain and maintain Secret Clearance

• Have a college degree in English, Education or related field

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

• ITIL v4 Foundation Certification

• Possess an in-depth knowledge of USTRANSCOM methods of ground, naval, and air operations and the systems used to support tactical and operational level intelligence gathering correlation, and dissemination.
