The Technology department at Enfusion plays a pivotal role to our success as a leading global provider of native cloud investment management software, analytics, and managed services. To aid and contribute to the scaling of our technology department, we are actively seeking a Technical Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and strengthen our global recruiting strategy. In this role, you will direct the technical talent acquisition team, responsible for developing creative strategies, to attract, assess, and hire the best technical talent in the market for Enfusion. You will partner closely with our various technology teams ensuring deep understanding of their business objectives, products, people, and challenges. You will lead a data-driven technical recruiting team that is passionate about providing the best candidate and client experience.
We'll trust you to:
- Develop and drive proactive recruitment strategies for current and future business needs focused on technical teams, including but not limited to Engineering, IT & Security, and Infrastructure, with the ability to be flexible, depending on business needs
- Manage and execute on the full recruitment life cycle, from reviewing resumes to closing candidates, in a high volume and complex recruitment environment
- Build innovative sourcing and engagement strategies, creating and managing unique and sustainable candidate pipelines to explore and leverage
- Manage, empower, motivate and expand a global recruiting team across the US and India, to achieve great results, while supporting individual growth and development
- Guide your team to operate as trusted advisors and subject matter experts, utilizing data to share market intelligence and measure the success and impact of their hiring efforts
- Build strong relationships with senior leaders, hiring managers and amongst the various HR teams
- Work closely with the larger Talent Acquisition team to implement/improve and scale processes and tools
You'll need to have:
- 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting for technical roles (agency or internal); SaaS experience strongly preferred
- 2+ years of managing a team of recruiters (including sourcers), with proven people development experience
- A successful track-record of talent acquisition at a rapidly growing company spanning multiple time zones and geographic regions
- Experience leveraging an ATS to track and manage candidates, and regularly reporting on recruiting metrics
- Proven ability to directly source technical talent, especially software engineers
- A consultative approach with the ability to influence and foster trust with managers, peers, and executive leadership alike
- Proven history of deploying creative solutions to source and connect with diverse and difficult to find talent groups
- A passion for creating excellent candidate and client experience at every stage of the process
- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
- Excellent organization, prioritization, presentation and project management skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
