TMB Tax & Associates is seeking experienced, seasonal Tax Professionals to assist in serving clients with diverse tax needs. This position can go full-time year-round. As a full-service bureau, we provide the support of an expert team, dedicated to providing you with the advanced tax training you’ll need to be successful.

A typical remote day with us includes…

Preparing complete and accurate tax returns
Generating business growth by client engagement
Increase client retention by offering additional products and services based on their unique needs. Building client relationships and continued access to over 40 years of tax, accounting, and credit experience education. Receiving mentorship and support from teammates during our virtual check-ins

What you’ll bring to our team…

Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Superior customer service skills
Ability to effectively communicate via zoom, over the phone, and in writing
Successful completion of the ASFP or equivalent training relevant to your local regulations

We request a High school diploma/equivalent
Experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or tax is a plus
Sales and/or marketing experience
Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply!
