Position Description:

Network Runners is seeking a highly motivated Task Order Lead to support the Army Enterprise Assessment System (AEAS) which includes multisource and single-source personnel assessments and feedback in support of the Army People Strategy.

Position Requirements:

· The TO Lead shall have a minimum of 5 years leading teams and Program Management experience with a focus on integration of disparate tasks, preferably with IT program experience.

· The TO Lead shall demonstrate experience in understanding, analyzing, contributing to, and advising stakeholders on best practices for executing surveys, multisource assessments, single-source assessments, and feedback mechanisms.

· The TO Lead shall act as the central point of contact for the COR, for all requirements under this task order.

Education Requirements:

• Demonstrated qualifying experience.
