This position pays up to $55,000 Annually/ Pay Grade L/ ITP040

Under supervision, install and configure software and hardware, support local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), desktop computers, laptops and/or mobile devices, and network printers. Must be organized, capable of managing time wisely, and proficient, while supporting staff members by answering helpdesk phone calls, work internal helpdesk tickets submitted by staff members on daily basis, communicate with staff and complete helpdesk tickets in a timely manner. Perform necessary maintenance to maintain and support network infrastructure. Responsible for managing, troubleshooting, licensing, updating hardware and software assets on local machines. This position will provide field support to include, but not limited to: Onsite troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions and assist in the development and writing of technical documentation manuals. Must have great customer service and problem-solving skills. Must be able to pass an MVR for the purpose of driving a DCBOH vehicle to perform the essential functions of the position and to support remote centers.

Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university OR Associate's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university AND Two years of related experience OR Four years of related experience.
