Essential Functions:

  • Plans and coordinates all aspects of internal information system-specific projects from initiation to delivery.
  • Coordinates work performed by Software Development team defining project requirements, performing feasibility and needs/impact assessments.
  • Partners with cross-functional teams for change management or deployment strategies.
  • Partners with stakeholders to define project objectives and measurable goals, and draft project plan accordingly.
  • Collaborates on project plans and oversees the implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training, and on-time delivery within budget constraints.
  • Improves all aspects of project planning and resource management including but not limited to enterprise or industry change management.
  • Coordinates technical and programmatic decisions throughout project lifecycle.
  • Facilitates and leads stakeholder and team meetings
  • Leads technical sessions with team members to address questions or challenges.
  • Creates and analyzes application performance and analytic reports.
  • Creates visibility into status of project roadmaps and communicates key milestones for key features on project roadmaps.
  • Analyzes existing processes, team utilization, and operational data to determine efficient utilization of people, process, and technology to drive business goals.
  • Identifies project risks and work with management and business stakeholders to navigate project to completion. Determine and set project milestones.
  • Calculates advanced return on investment (ROI) and savings on investment (SOI) and reporting; provides recommendations to maximize returns and savings.
  • Develops training materials and co-facilitates trainings.
  • Facilitates and leads discovery and planning sessions, user acceptance testing, and product reviews and demos.
  • Identifies new technologies and collaborates with third party vendors.
  • Participates in regulatory affairs activities as necessary.
  • Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar field, Master’s preferred.
  • Minimum three (3) years of related technical or project management experience required.
  • Prior experience with Scrum and/or Agile methodologies preferred.
  • Prior experience leading technical teams for Product Development Programs preferred.

Pay Range: $110,000.00/YR to $120,000.00/YR

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
