We are seeking an Online Rehash Energy Consultant to join our team of sales professionals. The successful incumbent must be capable of representing Solar Optimum with potential customers who have already received an initial quote with the goal of closing the sale. This would be a great opportunity for an experienced Energy Consultant who is motivated to join a well-known & successful organization. Individuals applying should be highly competitive and self-driven.

Responsibilities include:

· Revisit existing sales opportunities and develop new sales opportunities from them

· Follow up and email previous day appointments

· Assist with call center strategies and tactics for securing sales

· Achieve minimum monthly sales quotas

· Qualify existing prospects and manage pipeline and sales of Solar Optimum products and services

· Build productive long-lasting relationships

· Provide an industry-leading customer sales experience from point of contact through installation and after the customer’s system is turned on

· Attend sales meetings, sales events, trainings, and industry events to keep abreast of the latest company and industry developments

· Create, maintain, and expand customer database within assigned sales territory

· Live and lead the company’s vision, mission, and values

· Have fun, play on a winning team and earn a good living

Qualifications:

· CSLB License (or application pending)

· Solar Experience is a must

· Strong interest in the solar industry

· Salesforce experience required

· Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint and Excel

· Proven track record of field sales experience and success

· Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Demonstrated commitment to excellence

· Highly organized individual

· Creative problem solver

· Effective Time Management/Prioritization

· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

· Positive attitude and ability to build and cultivate relationships

Pay: $100,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
