JOB SUMMARY: The NASA SES III contract provides software and IT services throughout all aspects of the engineering process of the entire space systems arena. We are looking for multiple mid-to-senior level embedded software testers to join us in working on NASA’s Mars Sample Return Campaign, with the aim of collecting samples from the surface of Mars and returning them to earth for analysis. This position is located at Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, MD.

PRIMARY DUTIES:

• Develop test plans according to NASA standards
• Develop test procedures in accordance with test plans
• Develop test tools
• Execute software tests
• Capture test results
• Provide test reports and associated documentation

REQUIREMENTS:

• US Citizenship required
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal, problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and ability to multi-task, adapt to change, and work in a cooperative environment.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: 3+ years of software testing experience. Embedded applications experience a plus.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
