The didgwálic Wellness center is seeking a Software Support Specialist to join our team. In this role you will support the new roll out and maintenance of our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system Netsmart. You would also maintain the didgwálic website, intranet (SharePoint), Microsoft Office 365, and other business-related systems. This is a great opportunity to further develop your career and skills.

What you'll do:
- Work with users to resolve system issues and document system change requests.
- Create documentation of all software enhancements and changes.
- Escalate software issues to vendors and liaises resolutions and changes to end users.
- Write SQL queries and develops reports for users and managers.
- Familiarize with Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint administration.
- Maintain and support of the didgwálic Intranet site using SharePoint and other tools.
- Write user guides and other documentation that clearly defines system functions and features.
- Provide basic end-user training for software systems.
- Maintain a working knowledge of the organization and key business processes.
Must Haves*:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or another technology related degree.
- 3 - 5 years of experience working in an IT related field.
- Experience working with SharePoint and other MS365 products
- Experience working in a healthcare setting.
- Experience with HTML and software scripting languages a plus!
- Experience supporting Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems highly desired.
- Detail oriented and able to create clear and maintainable documentation for a variety of systems and content management solutions.
- Extremely capable communicator who is clear, concise and adapts communication styles to stakeholder needs.
- Exceptional collaboration and problem-solving skills.
- Self-directed, able to manage time, and prioritize tasks.
- Ability to maturely handle sensitive data and comply with HIPAA data privacy rules.
- Ability to work in a multi-culture environment
- Ability to pass extensive criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening, as well as provide proof of Covid vaccination
