Bookkeeper (Data Entry / Customer Relations)

Compensation/ Benefits:

- Salary paying 50k - 65k / year

- 2 Week paid time off (starting after 120 days)

- $3,000 Performance Bonus (starting after 120 days)

- Paycheck direct deposited weekly

Summary: We’re looking for a results-driven team member who can enter orders into QuickBooks and who can serve customers by providing product and service information over the phone and by email. Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services Deep Steep offers.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and process invoices for payment and update invoice details accordingly
• Accurately enter data into corresponding fields within various software programs
• Identify and correct data entry errors
• Perform related tasks like ordering office supplies and filing documents
• Help create and maintain an inviting atmosphere for efficient and accurate processes that support an environment of excellence that upholds Deep Steep’s values.
• Talking to customers through Instagram, Facebook and the deep steep website.
• Establish & maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
• Continuously improve through feedback

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to build productive business professional relationships
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines

This brand is owned by Royal Labs Cosmetics Inc., a cosmetics factory owned by the Lieber family. Royal Labs is a contract manufacturer specializing in formulating and manufacturing skin, body and hair care for industry leading cosmetic brands and for its own brands.
