We’re looking for a few highly-skilled automotive technicians to join our Service team at our Buick GMC store in Gonzlaes. As a Service Technician you will be responsible for performing vehicle repair and maintenance work as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards. Our service department is among the highest rated in the entire region, and we fully expect our techs to uphold that elite reputation that has made our service department such an award-winning success.

- Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards
- Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repair
- Keep shop area neat and clean, and be able to account for dealership tools at all times
- Ensure that customer vehicles are kept clean
- Road-test vehicles to ensure of quality repair
- Document work performed on back of repair order

Ideal candidates will have:
- Proven track record of achieving or over-achieving goals

- Professional appearance and work ethic

- Superior customer service skills
- Two years automotive mechanical experience or automotive trade school
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions
- Ability to exercise good judgment
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
Required Education:
High school diploma or equivalent- Must have technical aptitude displayed by ASE certification or successful completion of pre-employment test
- Technical or trade school degree preferred
