We seek a highly organized team player to join a first-rate team of Service Reps handling our Northeast customers! If you have at least one year of customer service or related experience, we’d like to talk with you!

Our Service Reps support the Service team and ensure that they provide optimal support to all customers in a timely manner. The Service Rep is responsible for responding to customer inquiries by phone to schedule appointments and address and resolve customer issues, by assessing the situation and determining the best course of action for our logistics and service teams. This role reports to the Service Supervisor.

Key responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to:

• Answer incoming phone calls in a pleasant & professional manner and review incoming emails and customer correspondence for course of action, and respond to billing inquiries.
• Schedule service appointments.
• Contact customers to determine issue and take appropriate course of action.
• Additional projects and other duties as assigned.

Desired skills and experience:

• High school diploma or general education (GED).
• One year or more of related customer service/customer interaction experience and/or training.
• Must communicate clearly and professionally and document each call.
• A team player who exhibits a strong work ethic.
• Ability to speak effectively with residential and business customers, colleagues and vendors.
• Reading, comprehending and explaining documents.
• Basic desktop systems: Microsoft Office, 10-key calculators and data entry skills.
• Schedule is first shift, Monday to Friday, with a willingness to work a flexible schedule (including weekends and overtime) when needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
