Responsibilities

• Analyze and report on the following KPI’s, goals, and metrics:

Operational Excellence Score (KPI)

CSAT Score (KPI)

Reservice Rate (KPI)

Ratio Management

Time to Reservice

Social Media Rating

Appt Time Variance

Regular Maintenance per Route

Total Stops per Route

• Achieve staffing forecast numbers that ensure alignment with business objectives and needs.
• Field Work (both observations and evaluations)
• Perform FE route-running responsibilities when called upon
• Maintain and achieve a high level of Route EfficiencyRegular Maintenance per Route

Total Stops per Route

• Conduct effective coaching and counseling with experts to help drive performance and provide real time feedback on work expectations.
• Support interdepartmental functions within Product Lines department such as:

Inventory

Damages

• Run a safe, injury/accident free workplace in compliance with OSHA laws and regulations.
• Abide by Brand Appearance standards of dress, grooming, and workplace appearance.
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and development. Recruit and interview new employees
• Communicate across multiple interdepartmental teams such as but not limited to People Operations, the Fleet Manager, Field Ops Coordinators and Product Lines, etc.
