A call center representative is responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer service calls in a rapid, call center environment. They must take orders by phone and enter data in an order entry system in an efficient manner. They must maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, and a positive, professional attitude with customers and colleagues.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.04 - $20.52 per hour
