We are looking for the ideal candidate to help take our commercial service team for the next level. The ideal candidate in this role will be a team player that helps our service team create a WOW experience for our customers, service technicians and service team.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist Service Operations supervisor with daily tasks
- Learn/Train on Key2Act (K2A) service operations software
- Create/Maintain equipment lists/labeling
- Help Create/Maintain daily emergency service calls
- Maintain preventive maintenance agreement scopes of work
- Create/Maintain preventive maintenance checklists
- Help manage materials needed for preventive maintenance service calls
- Support "Need of the Day"
- Help answer phones
- Help manage customer request email account
- Miscellaneous customer service tasks as needed
- Miscellaneous data entry as needed
