Job description
Huddle House is the host of family and friends, brought together by good food served from the heart for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
As a server, your job is to provide a warm and welcoming experience that our guest cant wait to return to.
Server responsibilities
- Ensure that customers receive outstanding service by providing a friendly and clean environment.
- Maintain menu knowledge.
- Be aware of all specials and promotions.
- Inform customers of specials and promotions and serve with urgency.
- Deliver food quickly to guests and assist other servers as needed.
- Keep tables clean and complete all side work.
- Maintain a clean environment.
- Ability to handle server banking; report all tips.
- Server is responsible for transactions, must give customer correct change.
- Ability to communicate to customers, servers and cooks in a professional and courteous manner.
Server Requirements
- Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to perform repetitive actions.
- Ability to move and lift products that weigh up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for entirety of shift.
