Job description

We are looking for a friendly, hardworking, quick-paced, prioritized, polite, positive, and high energy part-time server/brewtender to join our team. Our staff members are the faces of our restaurant and are responsible for our customers’ experiences. Server/brewtender responsibilities include ensuring our taproom is clean and tidy when guests arrive, serving food and beverages, and running/closing side-work. If you enjoy face-to-face communication and thrive in a team workplace, we’d like to meet you. Your ultimate goal will be to provide high-quality service that will attract and maintain customers.

*Must be available minimum 1 week day and weekends. Part-time positions range from 6-25 hours a week.

Duties:

• Prepare taproom with special attention to sanitation and order
• Attend to customers upon entrance
• Direct customers to online menu and offer food/beverage options
• Take and serve orders
• Answer questions or make recommendations
• Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff
• Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
• Issue bills and accept payment
• Cash handling
• Running food/drinks
• Maintain our team environment
• Coachable

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $7.98 per hour
