Product Systems team supports lululemon’s commitment to elevate our guests experience through the strategic delivery of reliable and sustainable solutions from Product Concept to Finished goods production. We enable the organization to strategically envision, design, source, make, ship, and sell sustainable merchandise while ensuring quality and guest satisfaction, at scale, continuing to be a market leader. Agile Purchasing program is established to create dynamic supply management and support purchasing closer to market. a day in the life

  • Lead project delivery in partnership with technology and business teams.
  • Drive alignment on project deliverables by effectively partnering with stakeholders.
  • Champions project management best practices and processes.
  • Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation (including gathering and evaluation technology requirements) to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously.
  • Create plans for change management and communication
  • Maintain project time frames, budget estimates and status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues, communicating across team and cross-functional partners
qualifications

  • 7+ years of project management and/or product management experience.
  • Education and/or strong work experience in Information Technology or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience working with agile delivery methodologies.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing $2M+ budgets.
  • Demonstrated experience translating business strategy into road maps.
  • Proven experience making trade-offs between business needs and technology constraints.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering executive level presentations and confidence in delivery training and communication to large groups/teams.

Compensation and Benefits Package
For Washington Applicants: lululemon’s compensation offerings are rooted in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position in Washington is from $132,200-$173,500 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our competitive Total Rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus offering, subject to program eligibility requirements.
