Job description

Dynamic materials refining and recycling company in the Southeastern part of Texas that is focusing on emissions reduction is looking for a talented Senior PT Process Engineer to make a significant contribution to the future success of the company by providing outstanding mentorship and technical leadership.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

· Conducting research to develop new and improved processes

· Developing methods to manage capital projects to facilitate development

· Designing and planning equipment layout

· Conducting tests and monitoring the process performance throughout production

· Troubleshooting problems associated with the production processes

· Evaluating processes and equipment to ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations

· Estimate production costs to help reduce costs

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

5-10 years of engineering work experience

Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering (MUST)

Knowledge of algebra, calculus…a plus

Strong Lean Six Sigma knowledge...a plus

Experience with ERP (specifically SAP) and CMMS systems…a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
